This is the personal portfolio of Maximilian Gatev. It is intentionally simple: no accounts, no advertising, no third-party tracking. The only personal data it handles is what you choose to send through the contact form.
What I collect
When you use the contact form, I receive the name, email address, subject, and message you enter. Your IP address is checked for a moment to limit spam, but it is not stored.
How it is used
Only to read your message and reply. It is never used for marketing, and it is never sold or shared.
Who processes it
Messages are delivered to my inbox by Resend, an email-delivery provider, and the site is hosted on Vercel, whose servers keep standard, short-lived request logs. No message content is kept in a database.
Cookies & analytics
None. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.
Keeping & deleting your data
Your message stays in my email for as long as it is useful to our conversation. You can ask me to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what I hold, request a correction, or ask me to delete it. These rights apply under Swiss data-protection law (FADP) and, for visitors in the EU/EEA, the GDPR.
